Role Description
Reese Insurance Group is seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing team in the Greater Chicago area. This role offers a hybrid work option, with a combination of in-office and remote responsibilities.
The Employee Benefits Account Manager will oversee client accounts and assist in the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans. Responsibilities include managing policy renewals, responding to client inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with insurance carriers to deliver effective benefit solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Experience with employee benefits programs, insurance plans, and industry regulations
· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in insurance and office software, including Applied Epic, Employee Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with a high level of self-motivation
· Active Life & Health Insurance License

Dean Kuper - Shannon Office - Employee Spotlight

As a customer service rep for Wirtjes Agency/Reese Insurance Group, I enjoy working with customers. Helping people understand insurance is a big part the job and I enjoy advising!

I grew up on a farm near Forreston and now live near Shannon with my wife Lisa, a schoolteacher in the Dakota School District.

We have two daughters who both married within 4 months of each other just a couple years ago. One to an Ogle Co Police Officer and the other to a current UFL football player (Memphis Showboats)

When the girls were still home, I enjoyed helping them raise and show Oxford sheep. A few of the sheep are still around along with a flock of white racing pigeons.

Outside of insurance, I have been an active organizational leader for one of the Stephenson Co. 4-H clubs for 20 years and love teaching HS Sunday School at Grace Fellowship Church PCA in Freeport.

We are eager to hire an executive assistant for our 3 offices. The position is in Rockford, IL. This is an in-office position due to duties needed.

Main Duties - answering phones, handling the mail, helping with customer presentations/proposals, aiding in report review and assisting in office needs from producers and account managers.

This position has potential to grow within our agency and become a long-term team member in either benefits, commercial or personal insurance.

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, customer service spirit and skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook and Excel are necessary).
