Jim Haufschild: Allstate Insurance Jim Haufschild has been an Allstate agency owner since 2005, proudly serving his community with a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Whether it’s helping safeguard a family’s home, vehicle, or future, Jim is driven by a deep commitment to making insurance personal, accessible, and meaningful. Jim leads a dedicated team that includes Diana, Marco, and Sally—each bringing their own strengths to the agency’s mission of delivering exceptional service. Together, they work to help see every customer feels supported and informed. Beyond his work in insurance, Jim is actively involved in giving back. He serves as the treasurer for Let It Be Us, a nonprofit organization focused on helping children transition out of foster care and into adoptive families. His involvement reflects his belief in creating lasting impact both professionally and personally. Jim’s life outside the office is just as full. He enjoys staying active through regular workouts, cheering on Chicago’s sports teams, attending live games, and diving into the strategy of chess. A music lover at heart, he also enjoys going to concerts and exploring new sounds. Jim is married to Sally, and together they have four grown children between the ages of 21 and 30—family remains at the center of everything he does. Whether it’s through his agency, his nonprofit work, or his personal passions, Jim brings energy, empathy, and dedication to every part of his life.
