Please help us congratulate Ethan on his recent three-week course completion of Agency Basics.

Some of you have worked with Ethan over the past couple of years while he has been interning here over the summer while completing his college degree at St. John's University. You can usually spot his best dressed button ups in our office on the day to day. :)

Ethan will be heading to licensing next week for Property and Casualty and Life & Health following that. We anticipate him being fully licensed and ready to assist in a full time capacity with your insurance protection come end of August.

We look forward to this next chapter in Ethans career and journey at the Dave Melle State Farm Agency

Without further ado, we would like to officially introduce Emily Sandoval to our team.

Emily acquired here property and casualty licenses in May and has been training tirelessly the entire month of June to help better her knowledge for our insurance products and our day-to-day systems. She is ready to assist with all of your auto, home and business insurance needs.

Emily brings a wealth of experience in the customer service field and is passionate in her spare time with giving back in the community.

Please help us welcome Emily to the team and read a little bit more about her in her bio. We are excited to have her on board!

Bio:
I’m Emily. I grew up in Minnesota and now live in the south metro area. After high school, I spent some time in Florida working at a theme park and later attended college at CSU Pueblo in Colorado where I studied anthropology and music. I eventually found my roots back in Minnesota and spent several years working in logistics and customer support, where I built strong skills in communication, organization and problem solving.
Helping people has always been one of my passions. I enjoy building relationships, problem solving, providing support and care to better impact customers throughout their insurance journey. I’m licensed in Property and Casualty insurance and enjoy helping customers feel informed, prepared, and confident when protecting what matters most.
Outside of work, I enjoy church, CrossFit and exploring Minnesota. I also love spending time with my son Daniel (17), cheering him on in football and school activities. My German Shepard, Koda (5) joins me on many of my adventures around the state, finding coffee houses, bookstores and farmers markets. I volunteer with local organizations when I can, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon and Feed My Starving Children just to name a few. I also enjoy serving at my church with events, photography, and media projects. One of the most meaningful parts of my life is serving as a youth leader for grades 6-12 at church to help empower the next generation.
