Big News at the Pete Peterson State Farm Agency!

September 2nd is Global Acquisition Day—a day celebrating growth, new opportunities, and expanding horizons. For our agency here in Lakeville, growth always means finding new ways to better serve our neighbors across Dakota County, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

With that spirit of growth, we are thrilled to officially introduce a major new asset to our team: our new Office Manager, Melissa Hinkle!

WE’RE HIRING: OFFICE / OPERATIONS MANAGER

We have some bittersweet team news: Hayley is moving back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. We’re genuinely happy for her and completely understand the decision.

Pete, Dryden, and Michael are also being very supportive—while quietly wondering who will keep the three of them organized now. Their current recovery plan: hire someone great. 😅

Hayley has been an important part of the Pete Peterson State Farm office, and we’ll miss her more than she knows. Wisconsin is getting a good one—but her next chapter creates an exciting opportunity for someone new to join ours.

We’re looking for an Office / Operations Manager who is organized, dependable, people-focused, and ready to help lead the day-to-day rhythm of a busy office. The right person will enjoy taking ownership, supporting a team, solving problems, and helping create a great experience for our customers.
