Employee Spotlight: Chris Nieberlein! 🌟

With more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Chris brings an incredible depth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to the Bay Capital Mortgage team.

Chris began his mortgage career in 1984, spending 26 years with JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Loan Officer, where he earned numerous awards for outstanding customer service and production.

In 2010, Chris joined Bay Capital Mortgage as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Lending. Today, he continues to work directly with both new and returning clients, helping them navigate everything from conventional and FHA loans to VA, USDA, construction financing, and first-time homebuyer programs.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is a Rutgers University graduate and former Division I basketball player, bringing that same commitment and teamwork to his career in lending.

As his longtime client Rita shared, Chris's knowledge, experience, and approachable personality have made him someone she trusts time and time again.

We're grateful for Chris's leadership, his dedication to his clients, and the 16 years he's spent helping Bay Capital Mortgage grow!
