Grateful to have been part of last week’s blood drive at Cape Ace Hardware in Cape St. Claire! Huge thank you to Jaime Watt and Carolyn McCauley Buchleitner for inviting me out and to Cape Ace Hardware for giving us the space for such a great community event.

We had coffee, donuts, grilled cookies, and cinnamon rolls, and together the community donated 21 pints of blood! 🩸 The impact an event like this has is imessurable and I am thankful to have been a part of it.

With gratitude to the best clients and referral partners, here’s to a great Q3 of 2025! 🗓️

This quarter was a strange one. A lot of uncertainty in the market which led to things being a bit slower than typical, but we were still able to help 16 families find their next home or secure a lower monthly payment. Thank you to my team and referral partners for making it happen. And to my clients, congratulations! You saw through the noise and recognized what a fantastic time it was to buy or refinance. While summer and early fall are typically a madhouse, this year, for a multitude of reasons, brought fewer buyers than expected, which meant great deals for those who were motivated with attractive rates, seller concessions, and fantastic sales price opportunities. Couldn’t be happier for my recent clients! 🏡🔑

Closing day for two very special clients! After being pre-approved and searching for the perfect house for over a year, going under contract, and having their appraisal ordered and completed, they were told by their lender that they no longer qualify. An absolute nightmare situation for any homebuyer. They gave us the green light to move forward on the 3rd and two weeks later, we are closed! If your situation has changed since you were pre-approved, make sure you are keeping your lender up to date on your situation. And if you find yourself in a pinch, give me a call - my team and I will do whatever we can to make it happen!

Q2 of 2025 is a wrap! My team and I were able to help 15 families plant roots over the last 3 months. While no loan is the same as the last, this quarter came with all types of creative financing! We were able to help families get into homes using:
