The Federal Housing Finance Agency has increased the 2026 conforming loan limits for conventional mortgages. In most U.S. counties, buyers can now borrow up to $832,750 for a one-unit home with conforming financing, with even higher limits available in Alaska, Hawaii and certain high-cost areas.
