Freddie Mac just made it much easier to use assets as income to qualify for a mortgage.

✅ No age restriction for eligible bank and investment accounts
✅ Only $30,000 in net eligible assets required
✅ Assets are now divided by 180 instead of 240 — creating MORE qualifying monthly income
✅ Available for primary homes, second homes & investment properties

Example: $900,000 ÷ 180 = $5,000/month in qualifying income.

This could be a huge help for people who have money saved or invested but don't show enough traditional monthly income.
