Another Happy Family! We bought for $15k under asking price, and the seller spent another $15k to fix the home up and give us $ to cover our closing costs. On top of that. Negotiated the payment $500 less than Previously quoted and their 1st payment isn't til November 1st!!!

There's a lot more losses than wins in this business. 80% of the time, people reach out to me thinking they're ready to buy, and it turns out they still have some work to do. Whether it be clients not qualifying, getting bad advice from family/friends, or family emergencies. The goal is to never give up.

I was too busy partying and "enjoying" my 20's, whatever that means. I can say I had a blast and wouldn't trade my journey for the world. I learned a lot along the way but as I've matured, I realize I would trade it all to offer my family more security, more of my time, more of me.

For anyone reading this. There is still time to become who we are meant to be. Let's get ultra focused on what we want for ourselves. Financially, physically, mentally and spiritually. And if you know anyone who is young who could stand to learn this early on. Please share it with them. Hopefully we can help at least 1 person get ahead in life instead of play catch up like the majority of us have.
