Closing deals off-grid while traveling with my family is a blessing.

There are a TON of loan officers who would love the freedom to travel, spend more time with their families, and still build a successful business. Most just need the right support, systems, and mentorship to make that lifestyle possible.

I wish I had understood that path when I first got into the industry.

243 Funded Loans in 2025! #5 in Funded Units at West Capital Lending

This year came with plenty of pivots, growing pains, and
resistance—but also progress. I focused on building and refining systems, training, testing new processes, and most importantly, helping as many people as I could along the way. I’m extremely grateful to be positioned for even more growth in 2026.

The lead buy game is tough. At many mortgage companies, profitability requires months of heavy lead spend just to understand what works. You’re required to juggle multiple programs, pitch deals, and manage a pipeline simultaneously. It’s demanding, overwhelming, time-consuming, and requires serious organization. Over the past year, while originating full time, I’ve been building a web-based program designed to solve this problem while using it on my own production (and working out the bugs lol).
