In 1931, a small group of Dallas teachers applied for a credit union charter. Today, CUTX has grown to more than $1.6 Billion in assets, serving more than 141,000 members in all 50 states. The responsibility for the successful operation of CUTX is vested in a volunteer Board of Directors elected from the membership each year at CUTX's Annual Meeting. CUTX is owned by its members and is operated in accordance with the laws governing credit unions in the State of Texas. As a member, your deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration, a United States government agency.

Our Employee Engagement team had a spooktacular time visiting CUTX branches across DFW and East Texas to surprise our teams with Boo Baskets! 👻🎃 It was a fun way to bring a little Halloween spirit to our branches and show some appreciation for our amazing employees who take care of our members every day. We hope these treats made everyone’s day a little sweeter!

Congratulations to the Bonham ISD Police Department on taking home the championship title at this year’s Battle of the Badges Softball Tournament! 🏆🥎 The tournament benefited the Fannin CrisisCenter, and it was wonderful to see so many people come together for such a great cause! It was an incredibly fun day filled with friendly competition and lots of great memories. We’re already looking forward to making it even bigger and better next year!

We had a great time at the Upshur Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation Benefit Fair! 🎉 CUTX is excited to welcome URECC as one of our newest Select Employer Groups.
