When another lender couldn't approve us for varies reasons right before our option period ended, he made it happen and approved us on time. Their Communication is awesome and they explain everything so you know what's going on and what's next. They are in top of things and don't just leave you hanging. Theynare so positive too. I recommend them! I would definitely use them again if needed it or would recommend them to family and friends. Don't waste your time with other lenders that just waste your time. Our other lender wasted over a month just to say they couldn't approve us.
