On 25 August 2026, “The Human Edge: Lead with people. Leap with AI” brought together valuable conversations on leadership hiring and talent assessment in an increasingly AI-driven world.

We are pleased to share that participants from Cohort 3 rated the session 8.92/10 in our satisfaction survey.

According to Grant Thornton U.S.'s 2026 AI Impact Survey, workforce skill gaps are emerging as one of the biggest barriers to scaling AI, even among companies that have already invested heavily in the technology.

For Thailand, this raises an important question. As AI adoption accelerates and the workforce ages, organisations may face a double challenge: finding enough talent while simultaneously building the skills needed to unlock AI's full potential.
