Lilian, maybe it’s time to shrug off the stereotype, and rest without guilt.

Rest is easy to judge. It can look lazy, slow, even undeserved. But when we’re raised to believe that strength means coping quietly and carrying on, stopping can be the healthiest thing we do.

Rethinking healthy means choosing pause over pressure and refusing the script that says burnout is normal.
