From city food scraps to thriving banana plants 🍌♻️

Our founders, Phil & Jenny, use a regenerative “City to Farm” system on their banana plantation, transforming food waste from local cafés, schools, and businesses into nutrient-rich soil through Bokashi composting. The compost is placed into swales beside the banana plants, naturally feeding the roots while helping keep food waste out of landfill.
