The Dangote Refinery IPO is almost live!

Here's what you need to know:

1. 4.1 BILLION shares are up for grabs.

2. Price per share: ₦525. Minimum buying: 10 shares (₦5,250).

3. No freestyle here; you can only buy in multiples of 10. Think 10, 20, 30… not 19 or 29.

4. Offer runs Sept 14 – Oct 13, 2026.

5. Subscriptions are digital. ARM Securities platforms have you covered (http://ngxoffers.arm.com.ng or ARM One). New investors automatically get a CSCS account.

6. Retail investors can earn up to 2 free incentive shares. Hold at least 10 shares for 12 months → get 1 free share. Hold another 12 months → get 1 more.

7. That’s right: up to 2 bonus shares just for staying loyal.

8. Oversubscription? Dangote may absorb up to an additional 30%, with the SEC’s Approval.

9. Shares will be listed on the NGX Main Board and will be treated equally with all current shares.

10. No hidden charges. You pay only for the shares. Zero subscription fees.

11. In the diaspora? Subscribe through http://ngxoffers.arm.com.ng with an active BVN no or email us at [email protected] to get the Account Opening Form; fill and submit your notarised KYC. Your ARM Securities account and CSCS number will be for you.
