និយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា (ន.ម.ក.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជនទំាងអស់ជ្រាបថា៖ អាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ បានអនុម័តដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់នូវប្រកាសលេខ ០៤០ អ.ស.ហ.ប្រក ចុះថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ស្ដីពីការផ្ដល់ការអនុញ្ញាត និងការគ្រប់គ្រងភ្នាក់ងារណែនំាក្នុងវិស័យមូលបត្រ ក្នុងគោលបំណងកំណត់អំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីក្នុងការផ្តល់ការអនុញ្ញាតឬបន្តការអនុញ្ញាត និងកាតព្វកិច្ចផ្សេងៗរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារណែនាំក្នុងវិស័យមូលបត្រ និងបុគ្គលពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ បុគ្គលដែលមានបំណងធ្វើជាភ្នាក់ងារណែនំាក្នុងវិស័យមូលបត្រ ត្រូវដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំការអនុញ្ញាតនៅ ន.ម.ក. ទៅតាមទម្រង់ និងឯកសារភ្ជាប់ដែលកំណត់ដោយ ន.ម.ក.។ សម្រាប់ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម សូមទាក់ទងមកនាយកដ្ឋានត្រួតពិនិត្យអន្តរការីមូលបត្រ តាមរយៈទូរសព្ទលេខ ០២៣ ៨៨៥ ៦១១ ឬអ៊ីមែល [email protected]។

Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) is honored to inform the public that the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) has adopted and put into effect a Prakas No. 040, dated May 12, 2026, on Authorizing and Supervision of Introducing Agent in Securities Sector for the purpose of determining the conditions and procedures for authorizing or renewal authorizing and various obligations of introducing agents and related persons in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Persons who intend to act as introducing agent in securities sector must apply for authorization from the SERC, in accordance with the forms and attached documents prescribed by the SERC.
