Now Live: Our Trust Forum 2026 Story, Featured in Khmer Times

Three awards. Three years running. One incredible day at Trust Forum 2026.

Phillip Trustee closed out this year's forum with wins for Real Estate Trust Operations, Personal Trust Operations, and Shareholding Trust Operations, our best showing since we started competing. We also stood as a Diamond Sponsor, and celebrated alongside fellow PhillipCapital Group member Phillip Bank, recognised for its Escrow Services.

Our General Manager, Mr Sopheap Proeung, took the stage too, moderating a panel on family trust creation in Cambodia and sharing his perspective on where the sector is headed.

Trust Forum 2026: A Milestone Year for Phillip Trustee

Phillip Trustee received three awards this year: Real Estate Trust Operations, Personal Trust Operations (Family Estate Planning), and Shareholding Trust Operations, our biggest year yet after picking up one award in 2024 and two in 2025. We also took part as a Diamond Sponsor and were proud to see fellow PhillipCapital Group member, Phillip Bank, honoured with the Outstanding Trustee Operator Award for Escrow Services.

Beyond the awards, our General Manager, Mr Sopheap Proeung, moderated the panel discussion "The Establishment of Family Trusts in the Cambodian Social Context," bringing together voices from the Bar Association of Cambodia, Lion Trust Singapore, and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce to talk through what family wealth planning looks like in Cambodia.

"Cambodia's Trust Law Takes Center Stage At Annual Forum"

The Annual Trust Forum 2026, organized by Cambodia's Trust Regulator, will bring together trust regulators, trustee companies, and members of Cambodian and international chambers of commerce to discuss the latest developments in Cambodia's Trust Law.

The forum will be graced by the presence of H.E. Dr Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority Council, and H.E. Sok Dara, Director General of the Trust Regulator.

Phillip Trustee is proud to represent PhillipCapital at this gathering of industry professionals. Mr Sopheap Proeung, General Manager of Phillip Trustee Cambodia, will moderate a panel discussion on "The Establishment of Family Trusts in the Cambodian Social Context."

The forum will be held at Sokha Phnom Penh Residence Hotel on 4th August, 2026.
