CIMB Bank PLC began its operation in Cambodia in November 2010 with the opening of a commercial banking branch in the heart of Phnom Penh city. Today the bank has expand to 14 branches and 17 ATM machines in five major cities throughout Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanouk Ville, Battambang and Kompong Cham. We have launched major new products successfully include The Gold Deposit Account, AT
M Regional Link and leverage Preferred brand. The bank now has over 100 Cambodian based employees with diverse experience and expertise who come from both the banking & financial industry and other industries. We are in corporate citizenship in Cambodia; we have contributed to numerous community and educational projects. Our staff has volunteered to give blood donations and we donated school bags for disadvantaged children who live in the Phnom Penh dump area. We also have sponsored major sporting events, most notably the Angkor Bike Race and Ride in 2010 and 2011 which benefitted poor schools and the Phnom Penh Half Marathon which benefitted disabled people.
