We have the advantage of the underwriter looking at each deal individually and basing their decision on a pragmatic and common sense approach with a ‘can do’ attitude. We also have the benefit of an in-house Solicitor who will act for us to speed up the completion process. We offer first charge bridging for both purchases and refinances for residential non-owner occupied properties, with loans from £37,500 - 5 million.
