I’ve been helping lots business owners to purchase assets recently at fantastic rates.

Most are straight forward but a couple have been more difficult.

One was a client looking to purchase two electric tugs used at airports, far from the usual asset type. We managed to find a lender to complete the deal for the client.

The second was a van for a builder with a phoenix business. He was declined at their usual port of call - the van dealer.

We went to market and explained through previous company performance and current forecasts that lending to this business was an easy decision and also secured a great rate for the client.

A great end to the month with two facilities for commercial cleaners going live and another approved.

Any business owner will tell you cash flow is the lifeblood of a business, without it you simply can't operate.

It was great to help one of our new clients get set up with a facility yesterday.

This recruitment client is also undergoing a change in ownership so wasn't the most straightforward but they now have a facility to help them pay their staff weekly when clients pay monthly or longer.

Haven't posted in a while due to being busy both with work and personal life (daughter doing exams) but we've been working on a number of different deals and it was great to get a few away this week.

💥 Two invoice finance facilities for commercial contract cleaners, thanks to Jonathan Kemp as always.

💥 280k secured loan to help an engineering firm consolidate existing debt saving them £1500 in interest alone each month.

💥 25k corporation tax loan spread over 12 months to help cash flow.

We also have a number of deals in the pipeline for Invoice finance, loans and property so it looks like it will be a busy summer.

Last night I was invited to the Halton Farnworth Hornets U12s Greens kit launch.The team all received a full kit and training kit. It was important to the coaches that all the lads got the same amount of kit for both playing and training. I'm proud to be supporting them.
