🌴 OUT OF OFFICE 🌴

It’s time for a little break! ☀️🥂

I’ll be on holiday from Saturday 5th until Saturday 12th and will be enjoying some much-needed time away. 💕

I will have my laptop with me and will be checking in for around 30 minutes each day to deal with any urgent enquiries and keep on top of my existing client cases.

Please bear in mind that I’ll also be working around a 2-hour time difference, so responses may take a little longer than usual. 🕐

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I take some time to recharge. 💗

The joys of an annual pass 🦁

Helping clients genuinely puts a smile on my face — so I’m having a VERY good morning! 🥰🏡

I wanted to pop on here and share a little bit about what’s been going on with a couple of my recent cases, and how I’ve been able to help my clients get into a proceedable position that they may not have been able to reach by trying to do it themselves.

In today’s video, I talk about two very different situations:

🏡 A first-time buyer purchase where some additional help was needed to make the numbers work.

🔄 A remortgage where having an existing mortgage didn’t automatically mean getting a good deal going forward was straightforward.

And this is exactly why I believe having a broker in your corner can be so valuable.

Just because you’ve been told “no” before, you’ve been declined, you’re struggling to find a mortgage that works, or you already have a mortgage in place doesn’t necessarily mean you’re stuck.

Sometimes it’s about knowing which lenders to approach, how to structure the application, what needs to be changed, or simply understanding what is actually possible.
