What is the Torbay Invitational? ⛵️

What started as an idea over a beer in a local pub four years ago between David from Philip Meek Mortgages and Ashley from Wollens has grown into something incredible — and now the Torbay Invitational is back for its third year running! ⛵️🌊

Hosted from Torquay Harbour, the Torbay Invitational brings together corporate businesses from across Torbay and South Devon for a day of racing, networking, and entertainment 🤝☀️ The perfect mix of competition and connection whilst enjoying the stunning coastline we’re lucky to call home.

We're grateful for the support from Pantaenius UK and Spinlock for their sponsorship this year, to the Royal Torbay Yacht Club for race organising and a special mention to the Disabled Sailing Association who we will be raising funds for on the day.

This year, we’re welcoming an amazing 240 attendees from 120 businesses, racing across 20 yachts out of Torquay Harbour! 🚤🏁

The third annual yacht race hosted by Philip Meek Mortgages and Wollens is due to set sail in 2 weeks!

Our attendees have their game faces on. They’re sizing up their competition and ready to put their sailing skills to the test in a networking day to remember 😆 20 boats will be ready on the start line on Friday 12th, it's sure to be a day to remember!

Our competitors will enjoy a sailing race followed by an onshore networking afternoon at Royal Torbay Yacht Club ⛵️
