What would happen to your loved ones if you died without a Will?

Many people assume everything will automatically go to the right people—but that's not always the case.

Around two-thirds of adults in England and Wales are estimated not to have a valid Will. Without one, your estate is distributed according to the Rules of Intestacy, not your personal wishes.

A professionally prepared Will can help you:
• Ensure your assets go to the people you choose.
• Appoint guardians for your children.
• Reduce the risk of family disputes.
• Make the administration of your estate easier for your loved ones.
• Keep your Will up to date as your circumstances change.

Whether you're single, married, have children, or simply haven't reviewed your Will in years, now is the perfect time to take action.

Find a qualified Society of Will Writers member near you and take the first step towards protecting what matters most.
