alues with modern, efficient services that ensure we meet the needs of today’s Members. As a trusted local building society, we are deeply committed to our community. In celebration of our 170th year, our colleagues volunteered a collective 170 days to support local causes. We proudly partner with and support local charities, including Alice, Dougie Mac Hospice, Glow, and YMCA, through ongoing charitable initiatives. Additionally, the Hanley at Home Fund, launched in partnership with the Community Foundation for Staffordshire, has already contributed £8,000 to local projects. We operate six branches across Staffordshire: Biddulph, Festival Park, Hanley City Centre, Longton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and Stone, where we continue to provide dedicated, personalized service to all our Members.

💙 We recently visited Number 11 to learn more about the fantastic work they do supporting adults across Stoke-on-Trent.

We're proud to have awarded the charity £5,000 from our Hanley at Home Fund, helping them continue delivering wellbeing workshops, discussion groups, and practical life skills sessions that support people to build confidence, resilience, and independence.

It was inspiring to hear about the positive difference they're making within our local community.

We're proud to support Reaching CIC with a £5,000 grant from our Hanley at Home Fund to help deliver monthly Hoarding Advice Clinics across Newcastle-under-Lyme and North Staffordshire. 💙

The clinics provide free, trauma-informed support to people affected by hoarding, their families, and the professionals who support them.

By helping people maintain safe and liveable homes, reduce isolation, and access the right support, the project aims to make a lasting difference in the lives of around 48 local people over the next year.

At Hanley, we're committed to supporting organisations that help people stay safe, independent, and confident in their homes.
