This award means a huge amount to everyone at amb. Being part of our local community and making a positive contribution has always been something we care deeply about - and it’s fantastic to have that commitment recognised.

What a day to remember! 🏆✨

On 7th August, we brought together friends, colleagues and businesses from across our community at Lockside to celebrate an incredible achievement - winning two awards at the Staffordshire Business Awards 2026! 🎉

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great company, plenty of celebrations and a chance to reflect on the people and hard work behind these achievements.

🎥 The final chapter of The amb Story is here! 💜

In part four, our directors talk about one of the things they’re most excited about at amb: recruiting great people, helping them grow, and investing in their future.

From supporting professional qualifications to continuously investing in our people, the aim is simple - we want people to come and join us, develop their careers and stay for the journey. We’re proud to offer a supportive environment where people can learn, progress and feel genuinely part of the team.

And of course, we couldn’t talk about the amb team without mentioning Jen, our Operations Director - or, as the guys describe her, the glue that holds it all together! 😂

There was also time for a little honesty when Mark was asked about strengths and weaknesses...although we’re not sure Pete will ever live down hitting the net during padel. 🎾😂

It’s been a brilliant experience filming The amb Story and giving our directors the chance to talk openly about the business, our people and what makes amb such a great place to work.

Thanks for watching all four parts - we’ve loved making them as much as we’ve loved talking about amb. 💜
