The clocks are going forward this weekend... its met with lighter evenings and the promise of summer to come but losing an hours sleep is hard! Especially for little folk!
Our bodies do not update with the clocks, it takes a while to catch up, give your body clear signals its time to rest x
Gradual Adjustment:
Start shifting bedtimes 10β15 minutes from today so the transition feels less abrupt.
Morning Light Exposure:
Natural light helps reset the internal clock. Open curtains first thing in the morning to reset.
Maintain Consistent Routines:
Stick to familiar bedtime, mealtime, and morning rituals.
Be Patient and Flexible be kind to yourself:
Expect some crankiness, tiredness, or short naps for the first few days.
