🚀 **We’re hiring a Business Development Manager**

At **Charter Controls**, growth is driven by people. We are expanding our team and looking for someone who wants to build strong customer relationships and help manufacturers simplify industrial automation across the **South of England and the South of Wales**.

This role covers a brand-new territory including **Cardiff, Bristol, London and the wider region**, giving the right person the opportunity to build something meaningful with the support of a knowledgeable, supportive team.

What makes this role special is the people you will work with. The Charter Controls team is experienced, collaborative and genuinely passionate about helping customers solve engineering and control challenges. If you enjoy relationship-led B2B sales and working with great colleagues, you will feel at home here.

**What the role offers**
• £40k basic (DOE) plus bonus
• Company car, laptop and phone
• Home-based role covering the **South of England and the South of Wales**
• A brand-new growth territory
• A supportive, experienced team behind you
