In a Vistage group, about a dozen executives meet once a month to discuss their challenges, evaluate opportunities and solve an assortment of strategic, operational and sometimes personal issues. eting. Our Chairs are accomplished leaders (many are former MDs or CEOs). They are part facilitator, part coach and are committed to the success of their group members. To maintain the momentum that group meetings provide, Vistage members are also supported by one-to-one coaching, access to leading expert speakers, bespoke best practice materials and an online community of 19,000 members worldwide.

The agenda featured six peer-led conversations on effective Chair practice, recruitment, group engagement and leadership impact, shaped by insights from Chairs and informed by data from the global Vistage community.
