There is a fee for Equity Release advice. We typically charge a fee of 1.5% of the loan amount payable on completion with a minimum charge of £995. For example, on a loan of £100,000, you will pay £2000. We charge a fee of up to 1% of the facility agreed payable upon production of a mortgage offer. Our typical fee is £295. We will also be paid commission from the lender. Check that this mortgage will meet your needs if you want to move or sell your home or you want your family to inherit. If you are in any doubt, seek independent advice. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. We will closing the office on Wednesday 23rd December, officially reopening on Monday 5th January.
