Today I caught up with Kayehdesigns and she handed me my fresh new business cards 😍

After meeting at a networking event last year, Kaye has helped me hugely over the last 6-8 months with my branding. Previously I was going it alone diy style and although it did the job I felt like it could be a lot better.

Similar to any working relationship you need to feel that click. Not every person you will meet is a good fit for your business. Kaye really took the time to get to know me and my business and what I wanted to represent and I think that it was crucial to getting it right.

Although we are in completely different industries it got me thinking thatwe share the same business values and I hope each and every one of my clients that I work with feel the same way about me.

If you are a small business and are on the fence about whether to get a professional to help you with your branding I would 100% say it is worth speaking to Kaye.

A lovely email this morning from another couple buying their first home ☺️

I charge a reduced broker fee for First Time Buyers of £95. There are many Brokers out there who don’t charge fees at all and rely on volumes of business instead. I personally feel by charging an affordable fee I can make sure my clients are well looked after from start to finish and provide a personal, friendly approach that the large fee-free firms may not have capacity to provide.

I’m always looking for feedback on how I can improve. Do you have any thoughts on broker fees and how much is reasonable to charge? Or perhaps any fees would put you off completely?

Hope you are all having a lovely bank holiday break with lots of jubilee celebrations 👸🏻 🇬🇧 🥂 🎉

I have had my first abroad holiday in 4 years this week and my first week off since being self employed.

I love my job but it is definitely good for the mind and soul to get away and relax and rejuvenate. I have even managed to join in the morning gym and yoga sessions! 🧘‍♀️☀️ 💖 🏖 🧳 ✈️

Flight back this evening and then back to it tomorrow 🏡 🤓 🔑 💪
