We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join Freedom Health Insurance 💻
This is a key role within the business, supporting colleagues across all departments and helping ensure systems, processes, and day to day operations run smoothly.
You will be responsible for resolving IT issues, setting up new starters, and acting as the first point of contact for internal users. The role requires strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of queries, escalating where appropriate within a collaborative, fast paced team environment.
