A fantastic afternoon Himley Hall!

On 9th June, we were delighted to cohost with Barclays an insightful event for business owners, focused on one of the most important topics in business — how to effectively extract wealth and plan for the future.

Set in the stunning surroundings of Himley Hall, the session brought together like-minded individuals to explore practical strategies, share ideas, and gain valuable guidance on long-term financial planning beyond the business.

Attendees heard presentations from Mike Round and Dan Paton on exit planning and from Barclays’ structured debt finance team, experts in MBOs, acquisition funding.

We were delighted with the level of engagement and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees — it’s clear how crucial these conversations are.
