We’ve got another brilliant founder joining us at Ideas Fest 👀

Craig Wilkinson will be taking to the stage in the IronMarket Finance & Growth Tent this September.

Craig has spent more than 20 years building businesses across events, hospitality, immersive entertainment and technology from staffing global events for the likes of Google, NVIDIA, the NFL and NBA, to building Michelin Guide-listed Lunar and launching workforce management platform iZero.work.

Today, his businesses sit under the Wilkinson Collective, with Craig managing something plenty of founders will recognise: businesses at completely different stages, from established companies thinking about succession to new ventures focused firmly on growth.

So, he knows a thing or two about building, adapting and knowing what comes next.

Daniel Daggers is joining us in the IronMarket Finance & Growth Tent at Ideas Fest 2026.

Known as “Mr Super Prime”, Daniel has overseen more than $6bn worth of deals throughout his career, advising Royal families, some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs and prominent families.

In 2024, he fronted Netflix’s hit real estate series Buying London, giving millions of viewers a glimpse into the world of Ultra Prime property while continuing to scale DDRE Global the advisory-led business he founded in 2020.

Daniel has built his success by doing things differently. His relationship-driven, tech-enabled, and media-savvy approach has helped position DDRE Global as London’s number-one independent super-prime brokerage.

At Ideas Fest, he’ll reveal how he built it and how he’s reinventing UK real estate for the modern era.

Eleanor Bowmer is joining us in the IronMarket Finance & Growth Tent at Ideas Fest 2026.

Eleanor is the artist, designer and entrepreneur behind one of the UK’s most distinctive home and lifestyle brands.

She founded Eleanor Bowmer Ltd in 2015 with little business experience, buying a scanner with the last of her wages and borrowing money for a computer to turn her artwork into products.

What started with selling her own prints has grown into a thriving business known for its bold, hand-illustrated homeware, gifts and accessories with major partnerships and collaborations including Next, Chilly’s and Micro Scooters.

At Ideas Fest, Eleanor will share the honest story behind turning creativity into a commercially successful brand, building a loyal community and scaling a business without losing what made it special.
