Can I cancel a Moneyto - Money Transfer App transaction after sending it?

In some cases, yes — but it depends on the status and type of your transaction.

A transfer can usually be cancelled only if it has not yet been paid out, collected in cash, credited to the recipient’s bank account, card, wallet, or processed by our payout partner.

Once the money has already been received by the recipient or credited successfully, the transaction normally cannot be cancelled.

If you made a mistake or wish to cancel a transfer, please contact MoneyTO Customer Support as soon as possible. Our team will review the status of the transaction and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

When contacting us, please provide your transaction number and explain the reason for your cancellation request.
