The company delivers sustainable, high-quality, net-zero carbon smart homes in prime locations throughout the South West of England. Throughout the 2022/23 cycle, they will build 74 homes across 7 sites, 10 more units than what was achieved last year. They are the first developer in the UK to offer a platform for the methodology and technology used to build net-zero carbon smart homes for the wider market. They are currently working with various housing developers and councils across the UK to provide the 'recipe' that will meet new legislation currently being introduced through the UK Governments Future Home Standards.
The company have pioneered a construction system that enables them to deliver net-zero carbon smart homes on developments that are carefully designed to enhance the local environment. Their homes are built using a closed-cell timber frame system filled with earth-wool recycled insulation which is designed to provide extremely high energy efficiency, keeping heating bills to a minimum.
