From a historic building to much-needed housing🏛️

We’ve documented Abigail Court from the early stages of construction, and now, as it nears completion, you can see how far it has come.

Our latest video takes you inside the development as this historic building is carefully transformed into temporary housing, while retaining its original character, façade and architectural features.

It’s a great example of how adaptive reuse can give historic buildings a new purpose while creating meaningful community value.

At Cobham, the roof is now complete, the dormers are installed, and the front elevation scaffolding has come down… giving the first real glimpse of the finished development.
