We’re looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply wants to move cases from one stage to the next. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently and understands that behind every mortgage application is a person, a family and an important milestone.
THE ROLE:
You’ll work closely with our Mortgage Advisers, clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure every mortgage application progresses as smoothly as possible from submission through to completion. You’ll keep cases moving, provide regular updates and deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering a brilliant client experience. Previous mortgage administration or financial services experience is preferred.
