Had a great team meeting at Derby head Office yesterday

Approaching our 10 year anniversary in Oct we have built a great team who are committed to our values and outcomes and the day was spent with key MAB input helping us with our structural discussions and building foundations to grow the business for the future

Sue and I firmly believe such plans should be made as a company together allowing everyone to have their say and ideas put forwards

Thanks again to the team and our clients for bearing with us being away for the day, but rest assured the investment in time today is for everyone’s long term benefit

Sandeep is based at our Barrow office and brings with him strong values around advice and customer service and has settled in really well

As you can see fun is never far away in our place of work and yes that is Sue placing her hand above his head !!!!!!

I would not give 5 stars unless I was completely satisfied. The service provides an efficient conduit between borrower and lender. Alex collected and presented the information required by the lender and a decision was made within two weeks in my case. Be prepared for a very thorough check but it’s worth it if the result is positive.

Another five star review !!!!!

A big passion of ours is to help young people onto the property ladder.

I’ve seen even recently some clients complaining of being force sold advice elsewhere and it boils my water !!!!

We believe in the opposite……take your time and empower your clients to feel in control of the process and guide them through it

Team meeting today hearing from Nationwide on current changes to processes and criteria - so important to make time to keep up to date and our BDM seems very knowledgable

I am sure left knowing Honey (Jane’s doggy) was listening even when she had her back to him at times !!!!!!

Great to have most of the team in today and looking forward to Sandeep Tara joining us on Monday!!!!

Team meeting on Thursday clearly Rosie had a lot to say barking orders as usual 🤣🤣

A key to a successful business is planning and allowing the whole team to discuss our structure. We looked at what we can improve and our customer journey

Even when we are so busy this investment in time is critical

Sufficient to say we had a fab day and came away with changes and tweaks to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Now it’s time to have another year of growth and ensure the foundations are set right

Thanks to Birstall FC for the use of the room and facilities. As a proud sponsor of the club and member of the 100 Club it was a nice change of scenery

Dale: 5 stars. Dale at the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) provided very helpful advice and found a re-mortgage product that assisted us in realising our plans. MAB also has connections to various panels, both lenders and conveyancers that made the whole process very straight forward. I would use the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) again.

Had the pleasure of presenting to the team at Earl Shilton Building Society today at their Head Office

Sharing what MAB are all about and how our MAB Barrow fits into the larger group and how we can help the clients of ESBC with advice on mortgage and protection matters

Sue and I predict this small regional Building Society has a big future ahead of it when technology is ready. We think they will be growing their footprint into the wider intermediary market place and helping more and more clients with innovation on criteria
