Different day today…..car in for a service and some routine work and in Burton on Trent so I decided to take the day to review lots of things in the business like our social media engagement etc

Had a nice 2 mile walk and then found a Costa for my first work stop

Next year we will be way more visible on social media and now starting to shout about our great firm and what we do

Watch this space but I am sure the coffee and the toasted tea cake will have the desired effect to get the mind going !

We are completely happy with the service we received from Alex regarding our remortgage. She was honest open and transparent regarding every step of the process. Alex was very accommodating when meeting us and when our plans changed relating to dates of completion etc. We received written confirmation and information right through to completion and after. Alex also monitored systems and supported us when uploading documents through the portal. We wish her the best and would highly recommend her.

Last Friday we supported the Gemini Charity event held at Sutton Coldfield Golf club

Whilst fun was had on the course (yes my team managed 2nd place) the event raised £10,825 for two amazing charities!!!

Hearing the impact and experiences of those effective led to not many of us having dry eyes

Funds to be split between Cancer Support Centre Sutton Coldfield and PANS PANDAS UK and two amazing charities doing amazing work

Well done to Gemini for putting on such a wonderful event and for helping raise an amazing total !!!!

At MAB we have lots of things we do including development finance for great projects like this one !!

Converting an already great bungalow in a lovely location in Leicestershire to a larger more high end main residency

Sue and I popped over to see the clients in person to see how passionate they are about the project and the small parts which add up to an amazing end product we can’t wait to see

All kinds of mortgage finance we can arrange from mortgages for first time buyers, remortgaging to raise funds and we also facilitate projects like this and larger more complex fund raising for projects

The team attended an MAB Roadshow last week and whilst we all struggle to take time out of arranging finance for our clients it’s so important to make the time to support these events

We all came away thinking about fringe lenders who offer unique solutions to clients and frankly knowledge is power in our world in ensuring advice is always on point

Self investment is something we encourage but also the chance to spend time as a team as we all get on so well

With Mab now moving to the FTSE market and going from strength to strength we really are paired with the right partner to take our own firm into the future
