£250,000 released for a property developer 💼🏗️

We’ve just completed a Buy-to-Let mortgage for a repeat client, releasing £250k against a stunning new-build property.

The developer funded the build himself and decided to keep the property as part of his portfolio rather than sell. By refinancing at a conservative 50% LTV, he was able to raise capital without over-leveraging.

The funds will now go towards the next development site, with finance already in the pipeline.
