And just like that… the final plot at Tendring is SOLD 🏡🎉

Our final 3-bed new build bungalow has now completed its journey — and the new owners loved it so much, they wanted to keep all of the staging furniture too 👏🏼

From empty plots to completed homes, it’s been an incredible project and we’re proud of what’s been created.

We are already onto the next one over at Hessett👷🏻‍♂️👷🏽‍♂️✨

Roof progress at our Hessett site 🏗️🏡

Battens and felt are now on, and most of the roof tiles have started going down — another big step towards getting Willow House fully watertight.

Another exciting delivery day at our Hessett site 👷🏻‍♂️👷🏽‍♂️🏡

Roofing materials are now on site ready for the roofers to start tomorrow — another major step forward as Willow House continues to take shape.

Big thanks to Chelmsford Roofing Supplies for getting everything delivered and ready to go 👏🏼

Next stop… getting this one watertight 👀

Step by step… it’s all coming together 👀🏡

Fire protection render boards now fully installed — another key stage ticked off as we push towards getting this build watertight.

This is where it starts to feel real… structure, shape, and a pretty decent view to go with it 🌿

It’s one of those stages you might not notice — but it makes a big difference in getting the roof finished properly 👷🏻‍♂️👷🏽‍♂️

Things are moving along nicely now… not long until this one is fully covered 👏🏼

Another milestone ticked off at our Hessett site 🏗️

The roof trusses are now complete, and we’re ready for the next stage — membrane, battens and tiles.

Next up first… soffits and fascias as we keep pushing this build forward.

Another big step forward at our Hessett site 🏗️🏡

The first floor timber frame is now complete and the roof trusses are in place, lifted into position using a HIAB.

It’s great to see the structure really taking shape now — next up, soffits and fascias as we continue moving this build forward.

Onwards and upwards 👷🏽‍♂️👷🏻‍♂️✨

Taking it to the next level 🏡

The upstairs timber frame is now going in at our Hessett site, and you can really start to see the layout come together.

From foundations to first floor — this is where the build really starts to feel like a home.

Plenty more progress to come 👏🏼
