Caroline spent the afternoon at the latest Ladies That Do Networking event at The The Railway, Hinckley.

It was lovely to catch up with familiar faces, meet some new local business owners, and hear about the fantastic businesses represented in the room.

A big thank you to The Railway Inn for the food and refreshments, and to YesterWare Sweets Ltd and The Porch for showcasing their businesses.

Fitness, food and a film night... not a bad reward for staying active! 💪🎬🍜

One of the benefits we enjoy through Vitality UK is being rewarded for the healthy habits we're already building into our week.

Most of our activity points come from our gym sessions at BASE Training Club, and by hitting our goals we've been able to unlock rewards such as Vue cinema tickets and free healthy food from itsu.

It's a great bit of extra motivation and a reminder that looking after your health can come with a few perks too.
