Everyone loves a win, and with our Reward Saver, you could give your savings a little something extra.

Earn 4.50% AER/gross variable interest for the first 12 months, made up of a 2.50% variable underlying rate and a 2.00% gross variable bonus.

Here's how to get your savings in the winning team:

• A winning rate: Earn 4.50% AER/gross variable, including the bonus, for the first 12 months.

• Flexibility when you need it: Make up to three withdrawals during the 12-month bonus period.

• Ready to get started? Open an account online with a minimum balance of £20,000, up to a maximum of £250,000.

• Keep your winning streak going: Keep your account open for the full 12-month bonus period and make no more than three withdrawals to qualify for the bonus.

Please note: If you close your account before the end of the 12-month bonus period or make a fourth withdrawal during that period, the bonus will not be paid.

Yesterday, we took some time out of our day to get stuck in and support Earl Shilton in Bloom.

Our team helped clear out the old planters throughout the town centre, getting them ready for new plants to take their place and give the town a fresh new look.

We’re proud to be part of the Earl Shilton community and love being able to support the people and organisations that help make our town such a great place to live and work.

A little regular saving can go a long way. 💡

Research highlighted by the Building Societies Association found that people who saved regularly had around 75% lower odds of getting into financial difficulty compared with those who didn’t - regardless of the amount being saved.

💜 Supporting Dementia UK for World Alzheimer’s Day 💜

Today we came together to support one of our nominated Charities of the Year, Dementia UK, and to mark World Alzheimer’s Day.

We all got involved by wearing purple 💜 and, for lunch, we set up our very own Toastie Station! 🥪🧀

We got busy making and selling delicious toasties to colleagues, helping us raise money while enjoying a bit of lunchtime fun! 😋

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, bought a toastie and donated. Every penny raised will help support Dementia UK and the important work they do for people affected by dementia. 💜
