Congratulations to Richard Patrick who rode his last race as a professional jockey yesterday at Hereford Race Course

Richard has announced his retirement and now moves to a role as assistance trainer with one of his long standing connections, everyone at PJFS wishes you the best in your new role!

We are honoured to have been Richards sponsor when he first turned professional and we knew, what he has now proved, that he is a fantastic horseman! A career to be proud of, and we are so happy to have been a part of the journey!

A really insightful day spend yesterday in Westminster 🏫 with Dan Parker and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions attending the 150th conference of the Agricultural Engineers Association - thank you so much for inviting us.

A really wonderful day listening to speakers on business, farming, innovation, the future of farming 🚜 and how farming can shape so much more than just feeding the nation 🌾 (although that's a pretty important one!! 🍓)..

A gorgeous venue hosted us for lunch, and we were treated to a very special guest speaker 🗣️ .

Thank you to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions for hosting Philip Jones and Kate Mills at their CIB for an engaging and data filled talk from Strutt & Parker.

The talk focused on the ongoing challenges faced in the agricultural sector, what the trends have been, and what predictions would be for a future outlook. There was an opportunity to have tabled discussions on how brokers across the UK felt the market moving and changing and exchange thoughts and ideas on how this would impact the sector.

Dinner followed to digest a data filled day and was an excellent place to converse with brokers in many different markets and geographical locations.

Thanks to Dan Parker and Tim Pulleyn for their excellent efforts to maintain broker relationships and ensure we are providing a fully informed service for our customers.
