Literally buzzing over this award!! As a team we have had an incredible year in a really difficult market!! Hours of research has gone into so many cases even before they hit the lenders desk but we couldn’t win awards without our wonderful clients!!!

⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️Base Rate Rise⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️

Today the Bank of England have increased the base rate by 0.75% to 3%

Please do not be mislead by the headlines. The actual interest rate at 3% IS NOT the higest rate it’s been in 33 years. I was a first time buyer in 2004 when the base rate was 4%. The increase of 0.75% in one review is what they are referring to as the highest jump.

A few carefully left out words and fact very quickly becomes fiction but it makes great headlines!

Yesterday was a proud day! I work in a team of amazing people who are all exceptional advisers, each worthy of being awarded the same accolades so to scoop both awards was a moment to smile about!
