It’s been another busy month here at The Mortgage Quarter!

🏡 First-time buyer news: Halifax (part of the Lloyds Banking Group) has launched a new mortgage product allowing eligible first-time buyers to purchase a home with just a £5,000 deposit on properties up to £300,000.

📉 A quick reminder on rates: if you’re working with a mortgage broker, make sure they’re reviewing your mortgage rate before completion. We keep a close eye on the market for our clients, meaning if rates fall, we can often secure a lower rate, and if they rise, your rate is already protected.

⛳ Huge congratulations to Lewis White, who recently took part in a major golfing competition here in Devon and came away with the win!

Another busy month at The Mortgage Quarter 👏

We’ve started to see some positive movement across the market recently, with several lenders reducing their rates. It’s a refreshing shift after the uncertainty earlier in the month, and hopefully a sign that confidence is continuing to return.

A huge congratulations also goes to Mick, who has now completed his marathon challenge 🏃‍♂️ Thank you to everybody who sponsored, supported and cheered him on along the way.
