PRIMIS Live 2026 was certainly one to remember.

An amazing day and evening, hosted by Gabby Logan, guest speakers ‘Bank Of Dave’ Dave Burnley & Nick Leeson and a hugely inspiring talk from Dr Paul Redmond. Following by a black tie evening, fantastic food, free flowing booze and entertained by the amazing Function Band.

So the Bank of England have held the base rate at 4% despite many lenders slashing fixed rates this week.

We would encourage any one whose mortgage is up for renewal in the forthcoming months to get in touch to discuss securing a new rate ahead of the the Autumn Statement in a few weeks time… this will at least safe guard you against any unpredictable market reactions.

As part of our service we will monitor rates and; if they reduce before your new rate kicks in; we will do our utmost to amend the application accordingly to ensure you get the best deal possible.
