🚨 I’m looking for someone to join my growing mortgage business 🚨

Things are getting busier and busier and with some very exciting news coming up, I want to expand the team!

Client Care Manager 🏡

I need someone organised, proactive and great with people to become the main point of contact for my clients, keeping updates flowing, chasing progress, liaising with lenders / estate agents / solicitors, and making sure every client gets a top-level experience.

You’d be working closely with my existing mortgage admin, helping keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Mortgage / case progression experience is a big bonus, but the right attitude and personality matter most.

Flexible role, incentives + commission paid, and a good chance to grow with the business & develop further into giving advice in the future

Last year I submitted over 100 applications for clients but nothing beats receiving photos of the outcome we’ve been waiting for, getting the keys! 🔑

I’m currently juggling a lot of applications for new clients and urgent remortgages so unfortunately my response time and handling time is longer than usual!

If i do not pick up your calls I will come back to you!

Early Mornings and late evenings I will be conducting new client appointments over the next week to 10 days!
