Today, one of our staff members learned how to fix a puncture part of internal development. 🚲

The lesson involved taking off a wheel releasing quick, taking the inner tube out using clips and applying stickers on with glue, on the punctured area. ✨

Hi everyone, It's half term next week so our regular Saturday Family session will also take place in Cliffe Castle Park on Wednesday 28th October at 10.30am. Come and join us cycle around the park in all its Autumnal beauty. Sessions are free but please book using the Eventbrite link below.

Come and join us at Shipley Active Travel Hub for a Wellbeing Ride to Rodley Nature Reserve. We will use the canal to get there and back and there is a stop for coffee at the reserve.
Free tickets can be booked in the link:

This is a relaxed 14 mile round trip along the canal to Rodley where we will stop for our lunch or a cuppa.
