Want to purchase a £360,000 property?

Let’s do the nitty gritty facts about these figures that are solely based on the below factors…

A minimum of 5% deposits are currently available for clean credit reports, the deposit you require would be based on the last 6 years of your credit report and which lenders would consider you.

As shown, the more deposit you put down - the lower interest rates that are available to you.

Some lenders are offering up to 6.5 times your income, meaning with a 10% deposit of £36,000, you could potentially buy this home with an income of around £49,846.

While most people think it’s normal to have a 25 year mortgage term, this would be recommended based on your monthly budget, some lenders will even allow a term of 40 years.

What a lovely 5* Google review from my clients Kristie and Lewis 🤩

This is the 2nd time the clients have used me for their mortgage… they have 19 x missing payments showing on their credit reports, last one being April 2026.

I got them agreed with a cheaper lender at 5.89% on a 2 year fixed term, they were previously paying 5.94% on their previous deal which was secured 2 years ago.
